Despite Americans winning the “coolest” award, which, duh, we question the results of this poll. They dubbed Spanish people the coolest Europeans, Brazilians the coolest Latin Americans, and Belgians the globe’s least cool people. Belgians! Have you had Belgian beer, or Belgian fries? Have you gazed at the Manneken Pis, or spent any time whatsoever on FamousBelgians.net? How is Belgium not cool?
